To everyone whose appointment was disrupted recently 💅🏼. As you know I absolutely hate having to cancel my customers but the last couple of weeks have been extremely difficult for me health wise 😭 I’m so sorry to those who missed out and where cancelled last minute it is never my intention to let anyone down🫶🏻

After spending some time in hospital I am hoping that I can be back this week and start getting back to my new normal so it seems 😭. I have cried tears today while messaging everyone just so overwhelmed with how understanding everyone has been 🥹 The amount of genuine concern has been amazing I appreciate yous all so much more than yous can imagine I am so lucky to have the best customers ever… yous are all really such special friends 🤍 Can’t wait to catch up with yous all these next coming weeks, love youssss… Lau x

Just a little update regarding soak-offs prior to appointment❕❕

Unfortunately I won’t be able to offer soak-offs in the hour before your appointment anymore, as I want to make sure every client gets their full, uninterrupted time with me ✨🫟👩🏻‍🎨💅🏼

Going forward, full soak-offs will need to be booked in as a separate service and will include a small charge. This helps me keep everything running smoothly, especially as I’m working myself now and from just one desk💅🏼🫶🏻
