Black French tips, how I love you! 🖤
I felt very honoured that my lovely client travelled all the way from Gateshead to have her nails done by me the other week 🥹🩷

As I’m fully mobile, I don’t actually have clients come to me very often, so it was really lovely knowing she’d travelled that far just to have her nails done by me!

I am hoping, once the dust has settled from the house move and a few other big life events happening in the near future 👀😂, to eventually have my own little set up at home alongside staying mobile.

But for now, I’ll continue turning up at your doors with all my gear 😂🩷

Really enjoyed doing these nails for my lovely new client 🩷

She’d unfortunately had some experiences in the past that had left her natural nails feeling weak and fragile, so understandably she was a little nervous, especially when she saw the nail drill! 😅

I was able to put her mind at ease and explain that protecting the natural nail is always my priority.

Just a note:
✨ I only use my e-file for removing BIAB, never on the natural nail plate.

✨ For cuticle prep, I may use a small, gentle bit on a very low/slow setting simply to help lift cuticle away and remove skin stuck to the nail plate where a traditional pusher can’t quite reach or manage.

✨ The natural nail is then very lightly buffed by hand, just enough to temporarily remove the shine and create a surface for the gel to grip to. There should never be aggressive filing or thinning of the natural nail.

BIAB shouldn’t mean sacrificing the health of your natural nails underneath. My aim is always to keep your nail plate as healthy and strong as possible while still giving you a beautiful set 🩷

But, as I always say, the rest is up to you! How you care for your nails between appointments plays a huge part in keeping them healthy and your BIAB looking its best. I’ll always give you plenty of aftercare tips to help you look after them at home and of course remind you if you do have any questions, you can always drop me a message 💌 😂
