Guess who was the first one the new Ultra Tesla Seat today??? ME !!! Yes… am usually last on the list for my hair 🤣 ( not a dig at the girls cos am always too busy haha) but I was first to get sat on the our new pelvic floor tightening seat today!

Honestly ladies, it’s painless and comfortable 28 minutes of chill out and I definitely feel like my pelvic floor muscles have had a work out already! I cannot wait to start noticing a difference, if you have been on night out with me you will know I am never far from a toilet as I always need a wee but after 6 sessions my core will be up to 95% stronger!
