Booking, Cancellation & Lateness Policy

Everybody who books an appointment with me has to pay a non-refundable booking fee. No booking is confirmed or secure without this transfer. A booking fee protects your appointment and gives me clarity for my time, work, stock and income.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your treatment date, this fee will be deducted and won't be refunded. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice I am happy to transfer this fee to another date of treatment. Under no circumstances are booking fees refundable.

I understand illness can occur and it isn't a faulted blame but this policy will be implemented regardless to protect my time, stock, insurance, rent, training, income, materials and the fact I will not be able to fill your gap.

If your appointment reaches 10 minutes over your scheduled time I will no longer be able to see you. I book enough time to adequately carry out your treatment, I refuse to rush such a precise and delicate procedure, therefore if I do not have the full allocated time you will need to rebook.

This will fall under a same day cancellation and be at loss of booking fee. Please make arrangements to be on time.
