As I’m a self-employed hairdresser, late cancellations and no-shows directly affect my business and income. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
✨ 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your final bill.
✨ 48+ hours’ notice: Deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
✨ Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit is non-refundable.
✨ Same-day cancellation or no-show: The full appointment cost may be charged, and future appointments may require full payment in advance.
Genuine emergencies will always be considered individually. 🤍
