Deposits / Cancellation Policy

I’m having to implement this policy as my time being wasted away from my daughter (𝘊𝘩𝘭𝘰𝘦 𝘙𝘰𝘴𝘦) is really starting to get me down.

I understand things come up but when I’m making childcare arrangements and being let down last minute or not even being told, it’s just not ok.

I won’t be chasing for deposits after I’ve given you the payment details and appointments will remain available to others until deposits are paid. Please drop me a message as soon as you’ve done so and i’ll book you in.
