Causes of back pain:👇
Most back pain (over 80%) is caused by muscle inflammation, but if there is numbness or radiation down the leg, it may be caused by a herniated disc pressing on the nerve, or if there is a high fever, it may be caused by pneumonia. The symptoms and initial causes should be observed as follows:

🟩 Guidelines for Primary Care and Relief
Compress: Use a cold pad for 15-20 minutes for the first 48 hours if an accident or muscle tear has occurred, and use a hot pad for 15 minutes to relax the muscles if there is chronic stiffness.
Behavior adjustment: Avoid bending down to lift heavy objects incorrectly. Sit at work with a pillow to keep your back straight.
Stretching: Lie flat on the floor, bend both knees up to the chest, and hold your hands for 10-15 seconds to stretch your back muscles.
