I continue to offer a range of therapeutic massage treatments tailored to your individual needs, whether you have a sports injury, everyday aches and pains or just need to relax and treat yourself. The following treatments are currently on offer:

Swedish Massage ~ Full body massage lasting one hour. Deep Tissue Massage ~ A more therapeutic massage, which focuses on a particular area of need. Reflexology ~ Begin with a foot soak before enjoying a full reflexology treatment, lower leg massage and finished off with a refreshing foot spray. A 1 hour treatment. Pregnancy Massage ~ a full hour of blissful massage to relax you throughout your pregnancy and help you deal with the aches and pains of child bearing. Facial ~ a full hour ritual of facial cleansing and massage to the face, head and neck using Neal’s Yard products for a healthy glow.
