IMPORTANT REMINDER!

Due to time wasters we are reinforcing the importance of a Deposit. It costs time, energy, travel and money and resources to hold and appointment for you.

All Deposits MUST be paid UPFONT on booking and ARE NONE REFUNDABLE!

Appointments WILL NOT be made if not paid.
Deposit will be taken from total amount and remainder MUST be paid upfront.

All cancellations or rebooking require at least 48h notice. (Unless and emergency)
Please contact us ASAP under any circumstances so we can make it work for you.

We also have a family to support and understand life happens, but at the end of the day we ARE a business and time wasters WILL NOT be tolerated. We also have to earn a living and don't take what we do for granted and are greatful for the clients we do have.
This is more than a business and a job to us. It's a career, a vocation, a purpose, a belonging and many many roles folded into one.

We are here to stay but we have company rules for a reason. To protect everyone and make sure everyone is on the same page.
We will send you confirmation of your appointment once Deposit has been paid. We will ring you 2h before your appointment to remind you.

We have now unfortunately had to take the tough decision to up our deposit rates.

This as follows:

🔹️£10.00 for Cuts, Styling, Roller Sets and Hair Ups.
🔹️£20.00 from any Colour, Perms or chemical service.
🔹️£50.00 for Colour Correction.
