This is a medium/firm massage but very pleasant, helps to contour the body.

Please ensure you havent just had surgery/cosmetic procedures like lipo, recent c-section/hysterectomy etc.

Approx 60 mins.

This holds a pre requisite of being massage trained.
This is not manual lymphatic drainage but contouring and sculpting massage.

Our first 3 trainee teachers have delivered their final micro teach and successfully passed the course.

They are now full fledged teachers in their own right.
