Well what a day! I feel I need to address this as Iv had someone today threaten me with a bad review as I refuse to cut there hair due to them completely missed their appointment & l refused to JUST fit them in. I don’t know if it’s the heat. Even after explaining the policy that is clearly there when booking appointments & after telling them I’m back to back with no breaks & having the next client sat in the chair. To be honest I’m pleased I did for a witness. They then thought that was the start of negotiates. One of many suggestions was for me to stop back after work & cut it in my own time. Then still not getting No is NO I unfortunately I had to tell them to leave several times & not return.
I will not tolerate the disrespect shown & the audacity to threaten me with a bad review speaks volumes. So bring it! My haircuts stand for themselves & the service I provided is something I’m proud of. Iv created a safe space not only for you but myself & that’s why you have returned to me again. Giving how hard it’s getting for business & the fact I’m singlehandedly keeping a city centre salon going baffles me on a daily basis & it isn’t easy or gets easier. Speaks volumes about me.
Im always grateful for the constant support I get from you guy’s & how busy you keep me.
I will always strive to provide you all with the best service possible but unfortunately you will have to turn up for it or on time.

Please read policy for No Shows/ Lateness… When booking the appointment you are not only booking the service but time required to do said service .
If you don’t term up or to late for me to provide the service within the time allocated you will have to book and pay for another appointment.
As a sole trader I cannot take the financial burden this will cause.
When booking your appointment you are agreeing to the terms of said policy.

The system also gives a confirmation email of appointments & a reminder email before the appointment that gives you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule so please keep an eye out for them.
