For Anyone Interested there is a Northern Universities Power Lifting competition at Durham Amateur Rowing Club in Durham City on the 8th of March and it will consist of your one rep maxes on deadlifts and bench press. The competition will feature official referees and you will be split depending on your bodyweight. Anyone who wants more information comment below or PM us and we can tell you more x
