I’ve updated my salon policies to make sure expectations are clear and fair for everyone.

As my business grows, having clear policies in place is really important for both you and me, particularly around consultations, colour services, cancellations, complaints and corrective work.

These policies are designed to protect both you as a client and me as a small business, while making sure any concerns can be dealt with fairly and professionally.

Please take a moment to read through the slides, as these policies will apply to future appointments.

Saturday appointments for Autumn/Winter 2026 are now OPEN! 🍂

10am–3pm on selected Saturdays, perfect for those of you who struggle to get an appointment during the week.

🔨 Salon Closure – Makeover Pending! 🔨

The main salon space (the right-hand side of the studio where I’m based) will be closed while we have brand-new flooring installed.

I’ll be closed from Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August, and will be back to work on Monday, 7th September.

Please bear in mind that the weeks leading up to the closure, and the week or so after I return, are likely to be much busier than usual. To avoid disappointment, I’d recommend booking your appointments in advance.

Where possible, please use my online booking link to secure your appointment quickly and easily. If you’re unsure about anything, just drop me a message and I’ll be happy to help.

✨ Updated Salon Hours ✨

From 1st July, my salon hours will be changing to the following:

Monday: 9am – 2pm
Tuesday: 12pm – 9pm
Thursday: 12pm – 9pm
Friday: 11am – 6pm

For clients who already have appointments booked outside of these hours, don’t worry - your appointments will remain unchanged, unless you have been contacted. I’ll be working around my existing diary commitments to accommodate all appointments currently in place.

These new hours will apply to all future bookings from 1st July onwards.
