my holy grails to heal my skin 🫶🏼

for me, simple skin care works best, nothing too much, and also just enough to be effective 🧚‍♀️

At night i would just use the 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant. And for me, it works better when not mixed with other products 🥣

The serums i would alternate but i would always use Niacinamide Powder in the morning and mix it with The Ordinary’s Hyaluronic Acid 🫶🏼

finding the right products for your skin, especially during a mad break out, is incredibly hard! so no stress if you’ve not managed to find them yet. Skin care is a journey 🫶🏼

PERSONAL POST!

after one of the worst week’s of my life, i had a horrendous break out.

it was not only on my forehead, but on my chin, nose and lip area.

the first two pics are from last week Monday. The second was from the very next morning - i’m lucky my skin scars to heal very quickly 🍀

the second to last was from this Monday just gone and the very last one was from today 💃🏽

on top of everything else i was going through emotionally, this was the cherry on top. When i’m stressed my body reacts like mad, i get spots, mouth ulcers, flus and other symptoms.

this is a reminder to take care of your mental otherwise it will show on the outside.

I put extra care into my skin care routine when i noticed the break out, and i really believe the products i used helped to heal my skin quicker ❤️ i will be posting the products i used and how i used them very soon! x

people expect blackheads to be completely gone after one sessions… that’s not true 🙃

it takes more than 1 session to see them completely gone, nevertheless, this was a good clean ❤️

efficient water intake is my number one piece of advise i give to clients 💦
