The salon phone has been particularly busy this past week, so if you have called or text, I will get back to you as soon as I can!

Narnia Hair Design is open for business as usual. I will be in until Saturday 8th August before taking 2 weeks annual leave.
I return to work Tuesday 25th August.

If you have any queries or would like to change an appointment, please do so this week 😎

East Calder Main Street is mental! Very limited parking outside the salon. They have the road closed at the Grapes.
The road opposite the salon is also chockablock. There is parking further back along towards the church or there will be parking at the Calderwood cemetery car park.

If you are unsure when your appointment is, please drop us a text or WhatsApp on our phone number 07493 606672 to confirm - NOT the number the reminder texts come from.

We have implemented the following cancellation policy - please read through & contact us if you would like a copy of the full terms and conditions. Thank you🙏🏻

We want to give every client the time and attention they deserve for their service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations without 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you.

If you cancel your appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice, this will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. Any “no shows” will also be charged 100% of the service amount.

The cancellation fee and any service fee will be charged to you prior to booking your next appointment. We will send this out via payment link. We also accept cash. This must be settled in full before we will make any further bookings.

If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.
