Squeezing or popping your spots is one of the main reasons why they spread and instead of
“getting rid of them “ you wake up with a couple more on the side of the original breakout 😳
Let me explain why🤔
When squeezing the spot you will apply the pressure to the hair follicle where all sebum with bacteria 🦠 it’s living.
Now you will get only some of that sebum out the rest after the hair follicle breaks get out underneath the skin spreading that bacteria into another hair follicle which is now infected and will cause another breakout. 😩
