Freelance Hair Specialist and Educator Hello my name is Lennie, I am a colour specialist in Crawley. My two brands are Loreal Professionnel and Beever Hair Care.
I trained with Toni and Guy in 1999 and built a wonderful clientele in the Reigate and Cobham Branch. I successfully completed my Loreal Professionnel Colour Specialist Degree in 2008 and shortly after joined the corporate world of Loreal Professionnel, educating salons around the South East. I have been very luckily to educate such wonderful hairdressers and working along side the industries top Stylists. A little more about me 👋
I’ve been in hair since I was 13. I completed my L’Oréal Colour Specialist in 2007 and have been educating ever since — and somehow I’m still just as curious about it. I’m also a Saturday stylist, a mum of three and a professional juggler of work, family, travel and all the bits in between.
I love helping people find their creativity and confidence — whether that’s behind the chair or in an education session. I also love Disney, and Stitch and Goofy will always have my heart.
Life is busy, rarely glamorous and never boring… but I genuinely wouldn’t have it any other way.

What hair education really looks like ✂️
The finished result is only a tiny part of the story. Behind it are the scribbled formulas, the questions, the starting points that change the plan, the practice and the moment it finally clicks.
Good education isn’t about pretending to know everything. It’s about building the confidence to know what to do next.
Which slide feels most familiar to you?
Playing with blondes with the lovely throwing in a few different sectioning patterns to make it exciting.. blonding with highlights and toning with pure toners .. banging results …

Being an educator for over 15 years has taught me many things… it’s not just giving people information it’s making sure they enjoy the information and use it.. it’s learninb how you can do that and changing the way you talk about theory so everyone gets it..
