Zen Therapies by Alison

Just a quick update to everyone, I'm gradually healing but still on crutches although I can manage around my home without them and my scar is still knitting together in a couple of places. Staples are all out & butterfly stitches on and another big plaster covering it.
Starting physio next week. I will be back soon but in the meantime I will be pushing myself to rest & heal & get in good shape to welcome everyone back to Zen Therapies by Alison 💛

Thanks for all the lovely messages, I honestly cannot wait to get back to work and back to a normal routine again.

🦿Total Knee Replacement🦿
I'm out the other side now but the pain is unreal, so Oxycodone to the rescue, plus many other medications 💊 to thin bloods, antibiotics etc, plus lots n lots of ice too 🧊 Swelling & bruising will arrive over the next days.

I have not yet released my September availability, Why?
I'm heading into hospital at the end of the Month for my long awaited knee replacement 😁
Most of my regulars are aware I've been waiting for my date and its now scheduled.
I'm going to be recuperating for a few weeks but I will be back, hopefully sooner rather than later. I will post my progress and can't wait to see you all on the other side.
Just take it as, i'm off on my usual September holiday 🇹🇭
But for now I'm busy, busy, busy till the middle of next week
