This cancellation policy applies equally to everyone.

Our therapists have reserved that time especially for you and last-minute cancellations mean they lose valuable earnings that can’t usually be replaced.

Our policy isn’t about being unfair or making money from cancellations—it’s about protecting the livelihoods of our team and ensuring we can continue providing the high standard of service you expect.
