Femme Wax

Hi.

Thankyou to those that have liked this page so far or have been in for a wax treatment. It’s much appreciated.

As you know I’m Vwax trained however through doing the first lot of treatments with the Vwax wax I’ve decided I’m not loving working with it and it’s proving to be not very cost effective so I’ve decided to try something else so have ordered in some of the outback organics range to try. It’s a synthetic and paraben free wax and it’s also more cost effective so I will be able to reduce some of my prices slightly.

Booking

If you follow my other page Violet Butterfly - Mind, Body & Sole you will know that I have a website link on there for booking my other treatments. I will eventually put the femme wax services on there so you can book at your own leisure. Although I do have a domain for Femme Wax it would be to complicated to have separate booking websites for both sides of my business so when booking you’ll go through to violetbutterfly.co.uk but on the bookings page there will be a tab for Femme wax.

Prize draw

Ruff Stuff Scrubs

A few pre wax tips for better waxing results.

💜Exfoliate at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to prevent ingrown hairs and leave the skin soft and smooth.

💜 Whether you’re new to waxing or a pro, always remember to let the hair grow out a little (for the best results the recommended time frame is 3-4 weeks since your last wax, or 2-3 weeks since your last shave). If your hair is too short, the wax struggles to get a good hold on the hairs to remove them.

💜 Shower. Make sure you have clean, freshly washed skin. Oily skin can prevent the wax from adhering, leaving behind some stray hairs. Plus, by removing all traces of make-up and sweat from your skin, there will be less chance of irritation after the treatment. Do not apply any products to the area to be waxed.
