Stepping outside your comfort zone and trying something new... 💚

It isn't always easy, but it's something I always encourage my children to do. After all, you're never too old to learn something new!

This is a slightly belated post (because life got in the way... and then my self-diagnosed possibly ADHD brain 🧠🙃😅 got distracted and completely forgot to post it!).

A little while ago, I had the pleasure of attending a wonderful Ladies' Wellbeing Morning, organised by my fabulous friend at her beautiful clinic. It was such a lovely opportunity to meet a fantastic group of ladies, learn something new, and take a little time for ourselves.

We started the morning with a Pilates class led by the lovely Beth from The Reformer Room. She explained everything step by step, making everyone feel comfortable and supported, whatever their experience.

We were then treated to a delicious, refreshing matcha from Fulfilled Matcha, before enjoying an informative and educational skincare talk with Dr Beth Rossington. It was fascinating to learn more about skincare and how to look after our skin properly.

As if the morning couldn't get any better, we were all spoiled with some incredibly generous goodies, including branded socks, a branded Stanley cup, refreshing matcha, and a full-size Alastin Skincare product, which I've already been using and absolutely love!

A huge thank you to everyone involved for such a thoughtful, inspiring and well-organised event. It was the perfect reminder to take time for yourself, meet new people and embrace new experiences.

Here's to saying yes to stepping outside our comfort zones a little more often. 💚✨

A huge thank you to all of the amazing local businesses who generously donated prizes for the Fusion Force Trail. 👏💛

My children absolutely loved taking part in the trail, and we had so much fun exploring and supporting our local community along the way. We were incredibly lucky that my daughter, Carwen, won 1st prize, and we were genuinely blown away by the generosity of the prizes she received.

A special shout-out to all of the businesses who donated such fantastic gifts – your kindness and support made the event even more exciting for all of the children involved.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Carole and Richard, who we had the pleasure of meeting when Carwen collected her prizes and had her photo taken. You were both so welcoming and friendly, and it made the experience even more special.

Starting out in the industry at only 12... i never thought at 34 I'd be trying my hand at content creation.

But here I am ordering and currently filling my good old Temu basket with accessories to help this next era of things come to life.

One of the things I love most about wedding hair is the people I meet along the way. 💍✨

It all starts with a bride choosing me to be part of one of the most important mornings of her life, but the journey doesn't end there. I also have the pleasure of working alongside some incredibly talented creatives within the wedding industry.

These gorgeous photographs were kindly shared with me by the amazing photographer. allowing me to showcase a little glimpse into this beautiful day. 📸

It was also lovely to work alongside the makeup artist sarah someone I've known since the early days of our careers. It's always special to reconnect and see how far we've all come.

A wedding day truly is a team effort, and I feel so grateful to play a small part alongside so many talented professionals, helping create memories that will last a lifetime. 🤍

Thank you to every bride who trusts me with their wedding hair journey. It is never something I take for granted. ✨
