Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know that I have a lot going on personally at the moment. My priority right now is supporting my sister, being there for my family, and trying to fit work in around everything.

I’d really appreciate it if, for all appointments and enquiries, you could please message The Hairloom instead of contacting me directly. Mentally, I just can’t keep up with replying to everyone at the moment, and I want my return to work to be as manageable as possible.

Going forward, Chloe and the girls will be managing all appointments alongside myself, so they’ll be looking after all messages and bookings. For now, I’ve switched off all my notifications and messages to give myself the space I need.

I will still be working on Saturdays and look forward to seeing you all then.

This is the first step used during colour services (or as a standalone treatment). It’s mixed directly into bleach or colour.
