So I feel like an absolute idiot!

I had a BBQ yesterday; went to help Brad (my partner) refill the BBQ with some more coal and the bag set alight, with kids round me I held onto it in a panic and ended up burning my fingers and ruining some of the food.
Went to hospital as the pain was like I was still holding the burning bag, unless it was under cold running water. It really hurt! I've got to go back to hospital for a checkup to see how its healing. I'm not sure how long it'll take.

Unfortunately this means I can't do hair currently.
I'll ring clients today to get you rescheduled.
I'm so sorry. I feel a right plonker!

It's the last week of Benji being at nursery this week. Where have those 4 years gone?!

So after this I'll be at the mercy of school terms for working. I've put into place wrap around care for my current hours within term time. And trying to find solutions for child care during half terms and the 6 week summer school holidays.
I'm still working during term times Mondays 10-4, Tuesday 2pm-6pm and Friday 10am-6pm (closed bank Holidays)

Been very busy recently so I haven't posted much. But please appreciate we often forget to look after ourselves when we are so busy. Most of us hairdressers survive off coffee, biscuits, crisps and ni****ne 😅😂

Costs and minimum wage is going up and so must my prices.
If I'm being 100% honest I hate this! I hate having to put the prices up, and I get a crease in my stomach but in order to stay a viable business I HAVE to. I hope you understand
