And this is SO much more than just a sauna. 🔥❄️ Your session gives you access to THREE different sauna experiences: 🔥 Traditional Finnish Sauna ✨ Infrared Sauna 🌿 Bio Sauna with higher humidity & aromatherapy Then, if you're brave enough, it's time to cool things right down with the cold plunge, cold showers and splash barrel. 🥶 The whole idea is to move between heat, cold and rest, with a relaxation area where you can sit, rehydrate and properly switch off between r What we really loved is that they limit sessions to just 15 people at a time, so it keeps that calm, relaxed feel rather than feeling overcrowded.
