I provide beauty treatments from my home. A calm, comfortable treatment room for you to relax Policy is at the owners discretion. (updated November 2015)
A period of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation and missed appointments at a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. (If you have a Gift Voucher or pre-paid treatment 50% of amount will be forfeited if you fail to give us 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment)
Late arrival will, in some cases, constitute reduced treatment time, but will still be charged at the full rate.
