Today is the day we are allowed to reopen 🎉

I believe everyone who wanted an appointment has been contacted and booked in but do let me know if you are still waiting.

Mobile appointments are available (for most treatments) for those who would like to have their appointment carried out in the comfort of their own home.

Following regulations all services including tint/colour (Hair, Brow & Lash) MUST have another patch test carried out 48 hours prior to the treatment.

As my salon is inside of my home- please pop your mask on and sanitise at the front door before entering (sanitiser available at the door). I will do the same for both salon & mobile appointments.

I have sent a message out to each client that this has affected and will reachedule the appointments with you from the 15th of August onwards (with the hope this date will not be delayed further).

I hope you are all well.

Just a little update.......
I am finally back to work doing Hair & Nails, any treatments on the face I will be offering from the 1st of August as per the government guidelines.

I think I have messaged & booked in everyone who was waiting to be booked in but please do give me a nudge if I've missed you or if you would like an appointment.

I am working with a very reduced/limited amount of hours now until September I'm afraid due to having the children off school and having to work around my husbands work.

Please find information below on what to expect for all appointments until further notice.

1) I will wash and sanitise my hands, plus disinfect my equipment between every client.

2) I will wear a face shield throughout the duration of all appointments.

3) If you feel unwell in any way (even if it is just a little cough or cold) please let me know and we will reschedule your appointment for a later date when you are feeling well. Of course I will do the same.

4) Card payment, bank transfer or PayPal (via friends & family) are my preferred methods of payment where possible please.

5) Please ensure all payments are made before the end of the appointment. If you could kindly use your name as the payment reference so that it is easy for me to keep track of who has paid.

6) A reminder will be sent to you approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment which will also contain my payment details. Please try to give me as much notice as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that the appointment can be offered to another client.

It saddens me to say Hair & Beauty by Jade is now closed until further notice due to following the recent Government guidelines.

I have messaged everyone who was booked in with me in the next 6 weeks and will review the situation going forward at the end of April.
