Due to the exceptionally high temperatures in the salon today, we’ve made the decision that, in order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for both our clients and our team, we won’t be carrying out blow dries today.

As some of you know, we’re a completely glass-fronted salon, which unfortunately makes the heat inside much more intense during weather like this. With six of us working in the salon today, the combination of body heat and multiple hairdryers running continuously would make the environment unbearably hot and could potentially become unsafe for both our team and our clients.

If you’d still like to come in for your appointment, we’re very happy to offer your service as a wet cut instead. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to reschedule, we completely understand and will be happy to rearrange your appointment.

We really appreciate your understanding. We’re already looking into longer-term solutions, as these periods of extreme heat seem to be becoming more frequent. For today, however, we feel this is the safest and most responsible decision for everyone. Thank you for your patience and continued support. 🤍
