That’s a wrap… 6.5 incredible years and it’s come to an end!
No sadness though — the magic continues ✨
Today, the salon officially closes its doors for the final time. What a journey it’s been! An experience I’ll never repeat (for many reasons!), but wow… what a show I put on 💫
I’m so grateful for every client, every moment, and all the memories made along the way.
For future appointments, please contact individual staff members directly. This page will be changing into my personal page from May.
I’ll also be continuing to work from my private studio on Dundas Street — and my diary is still open for bookings.

So long, farewell… I can’t believe the weekend is here and that it’s our final time working out of Markdavid.
I just want to say thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart. I can’t even begin to describe how emotional it’s been reading all your messages and receiving your texts. The love I feel right now is overwhelming in the most beautiful way — though it does come with a touch of sadness.
Those who know me know I gave my heart and soul to create something special. I wanted a space where everyone felt welcome, where moments were shared — from the Christmas displays to Halloween and everything in between. I loved creating those experiences for you, and I really hope you felt it too.
As I move on to something new (and a little terrifying), I carry all of this with me. Wherever I go, I’ll always keep creating a little magic for you.

✨ Salon Closure ✨
That’s right… sadly we are closing the doors on this chapter.
Sunday will be our final day in the salon 💔
However, will continue to work from the back, so you can still book with her.
Thank you all so much for your lovely messages — I’m honestly overwhelmed. I haven’t managed to reply to everyone yet, but please know I’ve read them all… and cried at every single one 🥺

After just over 6 wonderful years, I have made the incredibly difficult decision to close our doors as of April 15th. This has not been an easy choice for me, but due to rising costs, the ongoing stress of running a business, and the need to prioritise my health, this is the right step at this time.
I want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to the girls Steph and Maddison, for their hard work, loyalty, and support throughout this journey and everyone else along the way, I’m also so grateful to our wonderful community of Stockbridge for standing by us over the years and embracing all of our eccentric festive displays — they brought us so much joy, and we hope they did the same for you.
For any information regarding salon appointments, please feel free to contact us individually. I will be taking a couple of weeks to process everything and take some much-needed time for myself, but I’m looking forward to returning in May in a new location (to be announced).

To our lovely clients,
We always try to keep things as consistent and affordable as possible, and we’ve held off making any changes for as long as we could.
However, from March 1st, there will be a small adjustment to our prices.
As a small independent salon with just two hairdressers and our skin clinic, every appointment truly means the world to us. Rising costs behind the scenes have made this step necessary, but our commitment to you remains exactly the same — beautiful results, quality products, continued education, and a warm, welcoming space every time you visit.
