Kundalini yesterday brought such a bright, dynamic pulse — breath, rhythm and inner fire moving together ⚡️

It’s such a unique practice to hold, an orchestra of breathwork, movement patterns, mantra and motivation — each kriya completely its own, and it takes real energy to prepare and facilitate 💪

The music is special too, infused with mantra and chosen to lift the room and keep the energy flowing 🔥

We return to Kundalini again on 4 June.
And this week we shift into Qigong — softer, grounded, spacious — another doorway into steadying the nervous system 🌿
