CANCELLATION POLICY
48hrs notice for any cancellations after this period deposit will not be refunded!
If you don’t show up for your appointment and don’t contact me full payment will be required and no more appointments will be booked until payment for missed appointment is paid!
Anyone who has just not shown up with no reason and not contacted me will have to pay 50% of new booking along with the missed appointment payment, however the deposit for the new booking will be refunded if you cancel 48hrs before your appointment.
I have a list of people I could have booked in if I have notice of cancelled appointments, I’m trying to run a business.

HAIR CANCELLATION POLICY ‼️‼️
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment,
I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of part
or all of the service amount.
I understand that situations do happen out with our control, and I appreciate a call or text just to let me know you can no longer make the appointment that day, to just not turn up, is not on and will lead to no more appointments being booked in.
Going forward all appointments will now require a 20% non-refundable deposit if the appointment is not cancelled 24hrs before.
I will send my bank details to all clients that book appointments through me and not my booking app!

Cancelling any appointments in December requires 48hrs before, like last year I will most likely have a cancellation list to work through so would really appreciate the notice.🎅
Late cancellations will require 25% of hair service amount. ☃️
