This bathroom was tough to capture due to the overhead lighting casting shadows and reflections from the toilet, cabinet and shower door but here’s what we managed, and I hope you enjoy the result.

Terrazzo is one of those materials that often gets misunderstood at first glance. Most people expect the bold, oversized stone chips of traditional terrazzo. But this client wanted something different, something quiet, refined and subtle.

When my client saw Lucem Star, it immediately stood out for them. From a distance, you wouldn’t even know it’s terrazzo. Only when you’re standing over it do you notice the delicate mineral details. Instead of bold aggregates, it delivers a fine grain architectural texture that sits quietly in a space while still adding depth and luxury.
