Hey, are you interested in chair yoga? The group is for 3 people cost £15 per hour at our garden room. If interested let us know the group can be made up of 3 friends/family/others. We try to make the group compatible to level of ability and fitness.

New Yoga beginners/ improvers class here at the Summer House. Starting Monday the 7th of June an unique opportunity for 3 friends or family members to participate in 60 mins of yoga. The sessions will introduce you to Hatha Yoga, the minimum booking is 4 weeks max 8.
