Things have been very quiet on the social media front for myself as of late.. but there's been a lot going on behind the scenes.

⭐ Summer brought up a lot of resistance and challenges, but I pushed myself out of my comfort zone to learn a new skill to teach yoga. I will be offering classes for the coming new year ✨ Nourishing our bodies with movement is essential to our well being ❤️

*🐸 ⭐ Additionally, I have had a wonderful opportunity to embark on the journey of training to be a KPA Kambo Practitioner which I have now passed and can't wait to start offering this medicine to others ✨🐸* The Science behind this amazing medicine has blown my mind and I can't wait to bring this to my own community ❤️

⭐ Breathwork has always been my go to, my roots. I've now gained certification in coaching 121 and group sessions for breathwork and meditation and will be offering this in the coming year ✨ The biggest lesson of 2024 is that breath is medicine and we can unlearn every single pattern, and break the cycle of conditional mindsets, simply by returning to the breath and reconnecting with our spirit❤️

Not long now and I'll be on my way to Tenerife with my wee family, and straight after our holiday I start my YTT. I will be sharing my journey to become a Yoga Instructor on this page. I have also started offering treatments now I have finished up in the school 😊☀️💜
