Why is isolation so important for lash extensions?

Isolation means separating one natural lash and applying one lash extension. This is one of the MOST important parts of a lash appointment.

Why it matters:
• Keeps your natural lashes healthy
• Prevents lashes from sticking together
• Helps extensions grow out properly with your natural lashes
• Gives a cleaner, fluffier lash set
• Improves retention and comfort

What happens if lashes aren’t isolated properly?
• Multiple natural lashes can become glued together
• This can cause pulling, twisting, pain & irritation
• Premature shedding or damage to your natural lashes
• Your lashes may feel “tight” or uncomfortable when brushing or blinking

How can you tell as a client?
• Your lashes hurt or feel sore
• You can’t brush through them easily
• Extensions look clumped together
• You feel pulling when your natural lashes grow
