PRZEPIS NA KWIATY CZARNEGO BZU W CIEŚCIE 🥞
Składniki:
* Kwiatostany czarnego bzu – świeżo zebrane baldachy
* Mąka pszenna – 1 szklanka.
* Mleko (lub woda gazowana dla chrupkości) – ok. 3/4 szklanki.
* J***o – 1 sztuka.
* Cukier waniliowy – 1 łyżeczka
* Olej – do głębokiego smażenia.
Przygotowanie:
1. Oczyść kwiaty: Nie myj ich wodą, aby nie stracić cennego pyłku. Delikatnie je otrzep z ewentualnych owadów i rozłóż na białym papierze na 15 minut.
2. Zrób ciasto: Wymieszaj mąkę, mleko, j***o i cukier na gładką, gęstą masę (ciasto musi być odrobinę gęstsze niż na klasyczne naleśniki, żeby dobrze trzymało się kwiatów).
3. Smażenie: Rozgrzej olej na patelni. Trzymając kwiat czarnego bzu za zieloną łodyżkę, zanurz go w cieście, a następnie połóż na gorący tłuszcz.
4. Odetnij łodyżki: Gdy ciasto lekko się zetnie, odetnij nożyczkami grubą zieloną łodygę tuż przy patelni (nie nadaje się ona do jedzenia).
5. Złocisty kolor: Smaż z obu stron na złoty kolor. Po zdjęciu z patelni odsącz z nadmiaru tłuszczu na papierowym ręczniku.

ELDERBERRY FLOWER PANCAKES RECIPE
Ingredients:
* Elderberry flower heads – freshly picked umbels
* All-purpose flour – 1 cup.
* Milk (or sparkling water for extra crispiness) – approx. 3/4 cup.
* Egg – 1 piece.
* Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
* Oil – for deep frying.
Instructions:
1. Clean the flowers: Do not wash them with water, or you will lose the precious pollen. Gently shake them to remove any small insects and spread them out on a white paper towel for 15 minutes.
2. Make the batter: Whisk the flour, milk, egg, and vanilla sugar until smooth and thick. The batter should be slightly thicker than regular crepe batter so it sticks well to the flowers.
3. Frying: Heat the oil in a pan. Holding the elderberry flower by its main green stem, dip it into the batter and then place it directly into the hot oil.
4. Snip the stems: Once the batter starts to set, use scissors to cut off the thick green stem close to the pan (the stem is not edible).
5. Golden brown: Fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain the excess oil on a paper towel.

3 krople Palmarosy (ta trawa pachnie lekko różą)/
3 drops of Palmarosa (this grass smells a bit like rose)

3 krople May Chang ( pachnie cytrusowo)
3 drops of May Chang (smells citrusy)

2 krople Geranium / 2 drops of Geranium

1 kropla Słodkiej pomarańczy/ 1 drop od sweet Orange
