Mission C9 is complete! So happy with my results feeling fantastic like I've just had a factory reset! Sleeping better, skins brighter, loads more energy, bad habits kicked to the kerb, lost 7lbs and 4 inches from my waist and hips all in time for my holidays! Can't believe the difference in only 9 days!! 😃

I am over the moon !!! I knew I had lost some size but I never loose weight in lbs ..... Best part is I haven't taken any IBS meds in almost two weeks. And my left and right leg are becoming more even in size 😀!

So throughout I have been dedicated with weightlifting, cycling, running and swimming which was hard in the first 3 days... I've had a few slip ups with booze so been far from perfect! But really enjoying healthy eating now .
