Diet so low in nutrients, which at 1000kcal is the norm, is an extremely difficult challenge for the body. Of course, kilos will disappear, but at the expense of health.
In order for the diet to work properly, it must be realized that a healthy person can not go on forever. At the beginning, a specific goal is set, and then the end date of the "hunger strike" is set. Sometimes it amounts to 2 weeks, while in other cases it reaches up to one month. The correct approach to the diet must take into account the appropriate distribution of the calorie content of each meal. Deciding on 2 meals with 500 calories, we will introduce the body into a "dummy" state. Instead of losing calories, he will start to store them in the form of adipose tissue. It is conditioned by human genetics and it is rather difficult to change anything about it. The spreading of 1000kcal for e.g. 4 meals will allow you to "burn" calories on a regular basis, which will allow free absorption of clean energy in the form of fat that has accumulated in our body.

The decision to switch to this diet model should definitely be discussed with a dietitian who knows what to do. Balancing such a menu is not difficult, but laymen think that eating less will allow them to lose weight and thus be healthy. It's not true! Each diet must be carefully balanced in terms of nutrients, vitamins and minerals that play a key role in the body. Usually, during this diet supplements are used, which allow us to ensure the proper supply of nutrients that will not lead to the development of the disease.

1000kcal diet - is it safe

At the present time, more and more people are trying to improve their health, figure or mood. They use a variety of ways - starting with the use of diets found on various websites, and ending with group classes at the local fitness club. In most of these cases the most important factor influencing the choice of a given method is the number of calories, whether in the found diet or burnt in group classes. Calories determine the rate at which we will lose or gain weight, and help, among others, in maintaining the proper functioning of the endocrine system, which is especially important in women.

For starters, take a closer look at the calories themselves:
Calorie is a unit that is used in dietetics to determine the amount of energy that is supplied after consumption of a given foodstuff.
Most often on the packaging of products we can find information about the amount of kcal (kilocalories) present in a given product. Their amount is usually given per 100g of the finished product.

For example:
- One medium-sized donut (70g) contains about 300kcal
- One banana (only the edible part, 100g) contains approx. 90 kcal
- A slice of wholemeal rye bread (70g) contains approx. 130 kcal

In this way, it is possible to visualize how much of the energy effect will be produced after consumption of the above-mentioned products.
Of course, for the whole day, it consists of the consumption of many such components from which our body acquires energy.

Energy deficit or energy surplus can be obtained by quantitative and qualitative control of the food consumed by us. This is what determines whether there will be weight loss in our body (burning calories), or storage of energy in our body (weight gain).

Quinoa is a product rich in protein and fiber. By consuming it, every day we care about the proper functioning of the intestines, and at the same time we deliver to the body a solid dose of protein, which as we know, to digest it needs more work. At the same time it gives us acceleration of metabolism and weight loss.

Skim milk

When choosing a dairy product, it is worth mentioning fat free in relation to weight reduction. Milk compared to water passes through the digestive system for much longer. In connection with what the body feels satiated, and you lose unnecessary kilograms.

Eggs

- Treat turkey breast, red and green peppers, squash, onion and tomato, brown rice, a glass of fruit juice.

Snacks:

- A mix of nuts, fruit juice freshly squeezed
- A glass of lean curdled milk, a glass of seasonal fruit.

Dinners:

- Trout baked in herbs, tartar sauce, puré potatoes, tomato salad
