Hey everyone!

Almost forgot to put these pictures on social media 🤦‍♀️🤣.

First up was Elaine who opted for a fab maroon regular polish manicure ❤️❤️.

Then it was Gloria who had her monthly ELIM pedicure. Look how fab her feet are - all because she likes to take care of them by getting this fab treatment done!

What is an ELIM pedicure?

With an ELIM pedicure you will have;

~ Callus Tonic applied to all the hard skin on your feet, hard skin is then removed with a scraper and then a pumice stone followed by a neutraliser
~ Foot Exfoliant applied to feet and lower legs
~ Ultramud, mud mask massaged into your feet and lower legs to cleanse and hydrate skin, then washed off with warm cloths using Spa Additive, an anti fungal and anti bacterial foot wash
~ Foot Perfector, a unique gel powder formula that is massaged into your feet & lower legs
~ Gold Spritz, a finishing spray with flecks of gold

This can be finished off with either regular polish or gel polish (extra) or as Gloria does - left au natural and it can be done in the comfort of your own home 🥰🥰.

So today was a lovely treat for both myself and my client Patrycja as we swapped treatments!! 🥳🥳

Patrycja had a fabulous luxury ELIM pedicure with regular polish toes and she in turn treated me to something called Kinetic Chain Release (KCR).

This is a series of movements and pressure applied to certain areas of the body to help release tension, pain etc.

It can also help with certain ailments ie IBS or fybromyalgia.

I certainly feel amazing after it, lighter and taller - my left leg was actually smaller than my right - not by much but definitely a difference between the two. Now that has gone 🥳🥳.
