As many of you already know Mandala Flow has closed its doors after 11 wonderful years, so it's off to new pastures I go! I have been so privileged to be part of this very special space since it began as an idea of Liz & Heidi’s to create a truly holistic clinic space, with care & energy at the core of all we do. I'd say Mandala Flow achieved it's aim. 💫 Thanks to Liz & Heidi for making this possible! 💖

It has been an honour building my business as part of the gifted therapists brought together at Mandala Flow. A big thank you to all my clients who have come through those doors over these 11 years and for so many regulars who have been with me from the beginning...trust, I'm won't be going far!

So as one door closes, a new chapter begins and I shall be moving to two new clinic spaces...

💫️Gathering Essence

I began my Edinburgh practice on this Lane in 2005, so it's back to familiar surroundings. 🙌
This time itvis to a new purpose built therapy space, adjacent to a new yoga/pilates/workshop studio, below the existing Gathering Essence studio. All very exciting and due to be opening at the beginning of June - I will open bookings as soon as i have a confirmed date.

I will be available on the following days/times Essence.
🙌Monday - 1pm-5pm
🙌Tuesday - 5.30pm - 9pm
🙌Saturday - 9am- 12.30pm (bi-weekly)

Handy for my clients who have left the city after covid for the beautiful countryside of East Lothian, I have been drawn too!

✨️I will continue to do limited home visits for vulnerable and those with limited mobility.

I've also been privileged to work with two incredible charities which has enabled me to provide treatments of parents /carers of children with additional needs for the 3rd year running, thank you and What Why Children In Hospital, for the much needed support you have given to these projects. 🌟💜

I am also honoured to an ongoing member of the IFA Council,
the leading body in aromatherapy research - more on this to come this year and I look forward to developing the IFA more in Scotland in 2025! 💙🙌

And to the very special clinic space that I am so grateful to have been part of since it began 10 years ago. Happy 10th Birthday 🥳🌟💜

What a great year it's been professionally 🙌🙏
Personally I have had my most challenging year in a long time, losing my wonderful mumma in May and undergoing a move and renovation this year. It's at times like these that I really appreciate my work, as the tools have gathered working in health and wellbeing for over 20 years, have really helped me to build resilience, and help to keep me mentally and physically well. 💫🌈💚

My work practice is a source of great joy, working with people from all walks of life, it is an honour to facilitate clients to better health, thanks for putting your faith & trust in me 🌟❤️ 💫

So as we turn the page on 2025, in a world that can feel uncertain, let's take it back to our core and keep it simple. Here's to self care, self love being kind to ourselves and others ❤️🌈💚✨️🧡🙌💜💫
