Hooded eyes are sometimes caused by muscle activity, not just ageing or tiredness.

When certain muscles around the eye pull more strongly, they can make the lids look heavier and the eyes less open.

With precise, well-placed anti-wrinkle injections, we can gently relax those muscles and create a subtle lift while keeping expression natural and balanced.

Every face is assessed individually, and treatment is only offered when it’s appropriate and safe.

If you’re concerned about hooded eyes and want an expert assessment, book a consultation via the link in bio.

Results vary. A full consultation is always required.

Microneedling is not a one-off treatment.

If you don’t see results after your first session, it doesn’t mean it hasn’t worked.

Microneedling works by stimulating your skin’s natural repair process and encouraging new collagen production, and that takes time.

Your first session builds the foundation: creating controlled stimulation, waking up the skin’s healing response and starting the regeneration process.

The following sessions build on that foundation, gradually improving skin texture, pores, acne scarring, pigmentation and overall skin quality.

A typical course:
• 3–6 sessions depending on your skin concerns and goals
• Sessions are usually spaced 4–6 weeks apart to allow collagen remodelling and skin recovery
• Maintenance sessions afterwards (every 3 - 4 months) help support and preserve your results

Achieving great skin is a process of consistency, patience and the right treatment plan.

Hit 25 and suddenly realized your skin's bounce-back isn’t what it used to be? Welcome to the club!

If you haven’t added microneedling to your skincare radar yet, here are 5 facts you need to know before your next birthday:

● It restarts your collagen clock: Around age 25, our natural collagen production starts to slow down. Microneedling triggers a controlled healing response that forces your skin to crank production back up.
● It’s a scar and sun damage eraser: Got lingering acne scars or sun spots from your careless teen years? This is your reset button.
● It makes your products work harder: Those tiny micro-channels mean your expensive serums actually pe*****te deeper instead of just sitting on top of your skin.
● Minimal downtime, maximum glow: You might look like a sunburned tomato for 24-48 hours, but the "glass skin" payoff afterward is unmatched.
● It’s not just a face game: It works wonders on neck lines, stretch marks, and even body scarring.

Under-Eye Rejuvenation with Plinest® Polynucleotides.

These before-and-after results were achieved after just ONE session of polynucleotides.

The delicate under-eye area is often one of the first places to show signs of tiredness, skin thinning, and ageing. Polynucleotides work by supporting the skin's natural repair processes, improving hydration, skin quality, and overall tissue health from within.

Results develop gradually as collagen production and tissue regeneration take place, with further improvement expected over the coming weeks.
The recommendation is a course of 3 sessions, 3 weeks apart to achieve the best results.

Thank you to my lovely patient for trusting me with their treatment and for kindly allowing me to share their results.

If you're concerned about dark circles, crepey skin, or under-eye ageing, book a consultation to discuss whether polynucleotide treatment could be right for you.

Summer is here... but excessive sweating doesn't have to come with it.

Holidays, weddings, garden parties, special events.. this is the season to feel confident, not self-conscious.

If sweat patches, damp hands, or excessive sweating are affecting your confidence, hyperhidrosis treatment with neurotoxins can help. By temporarily blocking the signals that stimulate sweat glands, treatment can significantly reduce sweating in areas such as the underarms, hands, feet, and forehead.

● Stay fresh through summer events
● Feel confident in lighter clothing
● Enjoy your holiday without worrying about excessive sweating
● Quick, doctor-led treatment with no downtime
● Results can last up to 6 months

This summer, wear what you want. Raise your arms without hesitation. Enjoy every moment with confidence.

📩 Message Dr Hala Aesthetics to book your consultation and discover how hyperhidrosis treatment can help you feel more comfortable and confident this season.

Why your DIY microneedling might be ruining your skin barrier.

As an aesthetic doctor, I love microneedling. When done correctly, the results are unmatched: it triggers massive collagen production, erases stubborn acne scars, shrinks enlarged pores, and delivers a completely natural, plump glow.

And yes, I regularly do it to my own face.

But there is a MASSIVE difference between a medical professional treating themselves at home and a DIY internet trend. Here is why the at-home version usually goes wrong for most people:

● The Tearing Effect: Cheap home rollers and at home microneedling pens enter and exit the skin at an angle, creating micro-tears instead of clean, vertical channels. This destroys your skin barrier and causes long-term texture issues.
● Infection Risk: You cannot truly sterilize a reusable roller at home and you can't guarantee a sterile technique when using a pen. You are essentially pushing old bacteria deep into your dermis, which can lead to severe breakouts or infections.
● Depth Disasters: Going too deep on the wrong areas, like under the eyes, or over active acne causes post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and permanent scarring.

When I treat my skin, I am using medical-grade, vertical needles, custom-blended sterile serums, and clinical sterilization protocols that simply cannot be replicated in a bathroom mirror.

Want the ultimate skin rejuvenation without the risk? Leave it to the pros.
