We did it!

We’re off on our mini moon on the west coast of Scotland this week after our wedding day on Saturday.

| S A L O N S A F E T Y G U I D A N C E

Here are our salon protocols to keep us all safe when we reopen on Friday 24th July.
1. Please arrive on time for your appointment - please don’t arrive early as we can’t welcome you in. This is to keep the number of people in the salon at any one time to a minimum. We don’t have a waiting area at the moment. Please ring the bell when you arrive and we will come and get you.
2. Please come on your own to your appointment - please don’t bring anyone with you to wait, including children (babies are the only exception) Please only bring minimal belongings with you (no shopping bags etc) and don’t handle your belongings once in the salon including your phone.
3. Please wear a mask when entering the salon and for the duration of your time in the salon unless having certain face treatments. We will advise you when to remove it. If you don’t bring one we can supply one for the cost of £1.
4. When you enter the salon please sanitise your hands. We will have a sanitising station at reception and also hand sanitiser throughout the salon you’re welcome to use at any point.
5. Please touch as little as possible in the salon. There will be no testers available however we can offer samples to take home and as always we can advise on all of our retail during your appointment or over email before your appointment.
6. Sorry we won’t be offering refreshments or magazines at this time. We will have small bottles of water available if needed.
7. We are working to strictly appointments only, no walk ins, and have allocated time in between each appointment to allow sufficient cleaning and sanitising before the next client arrives.
8. Where possible please pay with card.
The protocols are in place to keep in line with government guidelines and to keep us all safe. We want you to enjoy your experience in the salon so if anything doesn’t feel right please let us know. As well as the above, we will also be wearing the appropriate PPE and we want you to feel confident that we are doing everything required to open safely.
