Cupping therapy ✨

An ancient technique with real, modern benefits.

Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and fascia, helping increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. Cupping is likely to leave circular marks which is totally normal and temporary- lasting up to 20 days before they disappear. They’re a sign of stagnation being brought to the surface, not bruising.

I like to describe cupping as a negative pressure against the body- creating space between muscle tissue and fascia for blood flow to do its job in repair and recovery.

Many people use cupping for pain relief, faster recovery, stress reduction, and improved mobility. Your body does the rest.
