Guest Experience Manager – Penicuik

Neil Maclean Hair Studio is looking for a confident, organised and genuinely people-focused Guest Experience Manager to join our busy salon team.

This is so much more than a reception role. You’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment someone enquires to the moment they leave — and making sure they can’t wait to come back. 🤍

The role includes:
✂️ Managing appointments, calls & enquiries
✨ Creating a five-star guest experience
🤍 Building relationships with our regular guests
📈 Driving rebooking, retail & additional services
💇‍♀️ Supporting the salon team & keeping the day running smoothly
💰 Cashing up & key holder responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Warm, confident & guest obsessed
• Highly organised & calm under pressure
• A great communicator
• Commercially minded
• Proactive & a self-starter

Hairdressing experience isn’t essential — premium retail, hospitality, hotels, beauty or salon experience would be a great fit.

✨ HAIR MODELS NEEDED ✨

Our lovely Roxy, our assistant at the Penicuik salon, is looking for hair models to help her continue progressing through her hairdressing apprenticeship. 💇🏼‍♀️

She is currently looking for models for:

✂️ Short hair & bobs
🎨 Tints & Cuts

Hair models will receive their service at a reduced rate, making it a great opportunity to get your hair done while supporting Roxy’s training and development. 🤍

⚠️ All new colour clients must be patch tested 48 hours before their appointment.
