✨The Stellar Therapies Studio is delighted to have Jane joining us in April ✨

Jane is an experienced complementary therapist and yoga teacher with over 20 years in the wellness industry.
​
She specialises in restorative therapies that support recovery, stress relief, and overall wellbeing — with a particular focus on Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD).
​
Originally trained in 2003 with an HND (SCQF Level 7) from Moray College, Jane’s foundation includes Advanced Clinical Reflexology, therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is a registered practitioner with the Association of Reflexologists and a Full Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Jane has undertaken extensive advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, including post-surgical and aesthetic treatment protocols. She will be specialising in this gentle yet highly effective therapy to support clients recovering from surgery, managing lymphoedema, or seeking support for fluid retention and immune health.

Her approach combines clinical understanding with deeply nurturing care, helping clients restore balance, reduce inflammation, and promote natural healing.

Alongside her hands-on therapies, Jane is a qualified Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative Yoga teacher, integrating breathwork and mindful movement to support long-term resilience and whole-person wellbeing.
