Real clients. Real progress 💜
One of the beautiful things about classical Pilates is that movements are taught progressively.
Before attempting a Roll Up, we first work on spinal articulation, mobility, breath, and deep core connection — helping the body understand the movement with more control and awareness.
Using the reformer, blocks, and small props allows clients to build confidence step by step ✨
Because Pilates isn’t about forcing the body into a movement.
It’s about teaching the body how to move well.
And with patience, consistency, and practice… movements that once felt impossible slowly begin to feel achievable 💫

✨ Meet Hannah! As a busy primary school teacher, she often felt overwhelmed and disconnected from her body, struggling with back pain from long hours of teaching and the physical demands of bending down to help students.
But after discovering Pilates Plus with Tricia, Hannah began her journey to find balance. Through welcoming classes and simple movements, she learned to reconnect with herself, ease tight shoulders, and embrace every small victory along the way.

Meet Ruby, the neighbor’s cat, who has decided the reformer is her new throne! 🐾😻😻
While Caitlin plays with her, I can’t help but admire her lovely posture—no hunching over from texting or shoulder slump here! Thanks to Pilates, her flexible and mobile hips and quads let her sit beautifully and upright.
It’s proof that Pilates works wonders, even for teenagers! Who knew a playful cat could inspire such grace? 😂😂😂

HEY EVERYONE! LET’S TAKE A MOMENT 🌸
FOR MEN AND WOMEN: HEALTH MATTERS!
As we come together each week for Pilates, let’s remember to prioritize our overall health, including breast health — for all of us! Did you know that while breast cancer is often thought of as a women’s issue, men can also be affected? 💖
CELEBRATING SURVIVORS: MEET MURIEL!
Let’s take inspiration from our own Muriel, a brave double mastectomy breast cancer survivor who attends PPWT Pilates mat class three times a week. Her dedication and progress remind us all of the strength and resilience within us! Muriel’s journey is a testament to the importance of health and community support.
REGULAR SELF-CHECKS MATTER!
Regular self-exams are vital for early detection, and they’re important for everyone. After your weekly workout, take a moment to check in with yourself. Set aside a few minutes each month to look and feel for any changes — it’s that easy!
MAKE IT A ROUTINE!
Make your self-checks part of your routine! Choose a day after your favorite Pilates class to do this. Just like you commit to your fitness, commit to your health!
LET’S SUPPORT EACH OTHER!
Let’s support each other in this journey. Share this message with your friends and family, and let’s spread awareness together! 💪
