It’s been one year since I was lucky enough to be a part of Retreats & Private Group Ceremonies and sat with kambo!

A lot of random things aligned that meant I went along to participate / host the sound healing here. And I’m so glad!! Seeing CAIM ® | Health & Wellness Retreat Space in person, waws. Such a magical place in Dunkeld.

I didn’t anticipate sitting with kambo but reflecting on the year since it’s literally helped me so much. I used to get really intense PMS & dreaded my luteal phase. I noticed straight after kambo it was non existent for a few months and has never been as bad since. Im convinced it balanced out my hormones which has been pretty profound - girls!! You get it.

There’s no doubt that the entire retreat contributed to how good I felt leaving. Everyone involved was amazing. I’ll be joining the Lake District one in November, can’t wait. Highly rec giving Retreats & Private Group Ceremonies & CAIM ® | Health & Wellness Retreat Space a follow 💙🌲✨

I feel so happy because eclipse season ended. That wiped me out quite a bit, felt more like survival mode than thriving. Feeling so relieved that it’s over. We had a lot of cosmic endings so it’s a good time to finalise the clearing, realign & take some time to look inward with a more peaceful energy.

I’m SO EXCITED that it’s the ‘ber months! So I’m doing a random sale, it’s been a while. I want us all to have some fun things to look forward to & there really is no better time to do some spiritual rituals & self care.

The vibes are - dome!

I’m putting on a wee mini retreat in September. It’ll be inside of a dome, located on the beautiful Morningside Farm in Perth. It’s such a stunning spot.

All are welcome, you don’t have to have any experience. A chance to meet likeminded people & of course immerse in the stunning Scottish landscape. What is included:

YOGA, WILD SAUNA & LOCH DIP Join us for a gorgeous day in nature. Only 30 min drive from Glasgow. We will start with some yoga on the grass. Followed by a 1 hour sauna session and optional dip in Lochwinnoch.

Next Sunday the 6th! I’ve decided to just combine all of the things I like to do.

One of my fav things in Scotland are the wild saunas by the loch. I never used to go for a cold dip until these are right beside for you to heat up again. You’d be surprised how much you do want to get into the loch after a sauna. For 2 hours we will do:

- Beginner friendly yoga
- Wild Sauna
- Optional loch dip
