💕Please note that I am now only able to offer a waiting list service to regular/previous clients. This is due to being unable to provide regular treatments to new clients.

💕Due to family commitments, I have made the decision to reduce my hours. I will be working 1 late night per week (a Monday), followed by 2 other days, during school hours only. Those days may alternate depending on other commitments.
I realise this may not suit everyone but I hope you can understand why I have made this decision.
I always do my very best to fit regulars in and will make exceptions for special occassions... brides to be, for example.

Hey! I’m back and working my way through messages. Feel free to send me a reminder if you are still waiting for a reply.

💕I’ve been awful at remembering to take photos of my work lately. I’d love if you could all remind me during your next appointment, and/or post a selfie and tag !

💕Please can I also encourage everyone to book their appointments in advance. Your loyalty is hugely appreciated and I want to ensure nobody misses out!!

***CANCELATIONS/NO SHOWS***….
Please can I emphasis the importance of giving as much notice as possible, if you no longer require your appointment.
Not only are other people missing out but also myself as an individual and as a business are! I obviously understand that things outwith our control can happen (or we can just genuinely forget).
However, due to the recent large volume of no shows and cancelations made less than 24hrs prior,I feel I have no choice but to implement a 50% cancelation fee.
As of tomorrow (Tue 15th June 2022), any appointments canceled without at least 24hrs notice, and/or any appointment missed, will now be charged 50% of the total treatment cost prior to making any further bookings. Full payment of the next treatment booked, will also be required.

I hope this doesn’t offend anyone and hope you can all understand. I may only be a small business but I still have bills to pay like everyone else.

💕AFTERCARE….post brow lamination is so so important!! Regardless of where you have had the treatment, regardless of the products used and regardless of how healthy your brows are…. You MUST follow aftercare instructions and this will always include the use of a brow gel/moisturiser.

💕Brow Bomb products are the products used to carry out brow lam at Dovanity. We also stock their “brow and lash toxx”. This contains a fabulous mix of nourishing ingredients, to ensure brows (and lashes), do not dry out. It’s super easy to apply by using the mascara wand, and also helps to hold brows in place. A little goes a long way so will last sooooo long!
It can be applied to both brows and lashes, and will keep none treated brows under control too.
