This lovely patient has a previously repaired cleft lip, and came to us wanting to improve the balance, definition and volume of her lips.

Previous cleft surgery can leave differences in the underlying anatomy, lip volume and scar tissue, which can make achieving symmetry more complex than a standard lip enhancement.

Rather than trying to achieve the final result in one appointment, we have taken a careful, staged approach, gradually building the lip and concentrating on the areas where more volume and definition were needed.

💉 2ml dermal filler in total, across two treatment sessions.

You can see the gradual improvement in lip volume, definition and overall balance, while keeping the result natural and in proportion with her features.
