I met this lovely client on Valentine’s Day last year so we’ve just had an anniversary. During this time I’ve seen her blossom, her skin improve and her confidence grow.
She’s been such a dream client and I’ve enjoyed her company so much but our journey doesn’t stop here🤍 We’ve got maintenance, rejuvenation and perfecting to do.

I get some lovely messages but I rarely get any reviews. While word of mouth is always the best review and compliment my client kindly agreed to write me this review as I’m keen to highlight my journey and what I do. I’ve said previously in my client emails I’m not about passing fads and quick fixes I’m about professional, science led skincare and treatments.

My results are built on ongoing education, amazing products and experience. On that note I’ve just completed training for two new treatments… 🤍

With every relationship there is give and take…

In a bid to cut down unnecessary messages I’m keen to have clients use my online system not just for booking appointments but for its other facilities.

My system is also for -
Checking your appointment times,
Adding to my cancellation/ waiting list,
Viewing my list of treatments with brief description included.

Over the past three months I had noticed any cancellations I’ve had have been from clients who don’t use my booking system.
I think this is mainly due to the fact they are not planning their time and in turn that impacts my time and income.

In my bid to be too accommodating I may have brought this on myself.
I think if a client is never on my online system they don’t appreciate the scale of how busy my diary is.

It’s not intention to make anyone feel bad and some cancellations just can’t be helped.

My cancellations are either -
Oh sorry I can’t make it I’ve double booked myself to the ones where cancelling can’t be helped and it’s the last thing which should be on their mind.

I’ve had a couple of occasions in my personal life recently to assess the fact that I need to have more balance. Some days I need to come home and be me.

So in a bid to cut down on cancellations, fees being issued and unnecessary messages I need my online system to work more efficiently 🤍

Please give as much notice as possible for any cancellations someone might be grateful of your space. Alternatively you might be grateful of theirs 😊
Cancellations as always are through me.

My waiting list is accessed through the booking system so please feel free to add yourself.

One last thing… If you are booked for two consecutive appointments two reminders will arrive. Always choose the first reminder as this would be classed as a no show and charged accordingly.

A tip may be - delete your reminder text after your appointment then you’ll start afresh next time.
