Can we please ask clients that if they need to cancel, to please give us more notice. Certain circumstances we understand and they can’t be helped. But this is our livelihood and cancelling on the day of the appointment doesn’t give us the chance to fill this space. We are extremely busy at this time of year and we are only asking for respect regarding this issue. In the past we have just let it go.
